What we may Collect

We may collect the following information:

  • other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers

What we do with the Information we gather

For example, when an individual applies for a prepaid card product from Mint or Mint's card program partners, Mint collects Personal Information to validate the individual's identity.
  • To meet legal and regulatory requirements. For example, Mint may be required to disclose and/or retain Personal Information that was collected to satisfy legislative requirements, such as the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act.

Monitoring and Enforcement

Mint monitors its compliance with this Policy and has procedures in place to address privacy related complaints and disputes. In this regard, individuals may address their privacy related concerns to Customer Service at the contact information provided in this Policy. Mint's Customer Service personnel are trained to handle most day to day privacy related issues; however, if necessary, privacy related issues may be escalated by Customer Service to Mint's Chief Privacy Officer who is accountable for Mint's compliance with this Policy.

Every privacy related complaint will be acknowledged, recorded and investigated and the results of the investigation will be provided to the complainant.
